• All UK orders over £50 include free shipping, orders under £50 incurr a £3.60 postage cost. All items are dispatched through Royal Mail using 1st Class or Special Delivery, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

• European & International orders incur a charge of £12 and are dispatched through Royal Mail that aims to reach its destination within 5-7 working days.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Donna Burns cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Jewellery items can be returned for an exchange or refund, if returned within 14 days of receipt of the item, provided they have not been worn, damaged or altered in any way. Jewellery should be returned in the original packaging.
